Our client Own Company has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Salesforce for an impressive sum of around $1.9 B in cash (net of 10% Salesforce holdings)!

We are proud and thrilled to be part of this remarkable achievement from the company’s formation to this acquisition. Over nearly 10 years, Erez Mizrachi and our High Tech department have guided OWN through an exciting and challenging journey, including fundraising and acquisitions worldwide-from India and Israel to California, and other transactions. From the beginning to this impressive success, we’ve experienced innovation, challenges, hard work, great professionalism, as well as enjoyment and close friendships.
