Adv. Idan Adler Reiss, a partner in our firm’s insolvency department, was appointed by the Tel Aviv District Court as the trustee for Med Tech company Gist MD Ltd.
Gist MD Ltd. maintains clients and strategic partnerships with leading international hospitals and pharmaceutical companies, such as Ichilov Hospital, the Mayo Clinic, and institutions in Europe and Canada.
Along with a team from our insolvency department, including Adv. Zvi Karl and Adv. David Zanani, she handled the company’s affairs for several months.
Following complex negotiations and sales procedures, the company was successfully sold to a group of entrepreneurs led by Mr. Dan Rolls and Dr. Ilan Cohn.
