In the fields of companies, securities and contract laws, Liron represents his clients in diverse legal matters and disputes, including in high-profile commercial class actions – especially by representing defendants in securities class action lawsuits. He also has experience in complex insolvency proceedings, and in cryptocurrency litigation.
Representing major local and foreign clients, including large corporates and publicly listed companies, companies’ shareholders, directors and officers, small and medium enterprises, and high net worth individuals, Liron is singularly focused in helping clients to pursue their commercial objectives.
Liron received his LL.B. degree from the Bar Ilan University, joined FWMK as an intern and afterwards as an associate in 2011. He became a partner in 2019
