Lior Dagan

Adv. Lior Dagan is the Head of FWMK’s Insolvency and Restructurings Department.

Lior has extensive experience of more than 20 years in complex litigation and insolvency cases, both as an officer in the procedure, taking the role of liquidator, trustee, receiver or special manager, and also as a lawyer representing creditors in insolvency proceedings in Israel and worldwide (‘Cross Border Insolvency’).

Lior specializes in finding professional and optimal solutions for challenging procedures and complex situations, while implementing creative and innovative strategies at the legal and commercial level and with a broad business vision.

In addition, Lior has gained extensive experience in the planning, approval and management of complex creditors settlements in public companies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Lior founded and managed his own independent law firm.
