Our High-Tech Division led by Adv. Erez Mizrachi, represented Redis Labs in a $100 M financing (at a valuation of over $1 B!) led by Bain Capital, alongside existing shareholders (Goldman Sachs, Francisco Partners, Dell Technologies and others) and TCV that joined the high-profile investors of the company.

Our firm has represented Redis Labs, now a unicorn, since its incorporation. We’re very proud to have accompanied it so far and looking forward to what is still to come.
