Congratulations to our client, OwnBackup, developers of a unique cloud data backup and recovery platform, on the acquisition of RevCult – a Californian company focused on providing security and governance solutions for Salesforce.

Our firm’s Hi-tech department has represented Ownbackup since its inception. We have represented the Company in three acquisitions across the globe this year  (India, Israel and now California), and in two investment rounds in which Ownbackup raised hundreds of millions of dollars.

Ownbackup was represented in the transaction by Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Itai Farkash, Orely Levy and Lee Frishberg from our firm’s Hi-tech department, Advs. Yael Ben Naim, Dina Mets and Or Edry from our Labor law department, and our intern, Lilach Groskop.
