Our firm’s Hi-Tech department represented Woven Capital in another successful investment!

Woven Capital, Toyota Motor Corporation’s growth fund, led the US$191 million financing round in UVeye, an Israeli company that developed an AI-powered system to scan vehicles, detect defects and damages, identify mechanical issues, and spot structural changes.

We wish Woven and UVeye the best of luck in their joint endeavor. We also want to thank our valued partners at DLA Piper (Jeremy Lustman, Richard Bull and Ben Griebe for another great collaboration.
