Our firm represents The Barinboim Group in a huge lawsuit

FWMK’s litigation department represents The Barinboim Group, owned by Israeli businessman Zvika Barinboim, in a lawsuit filed with the Tel Aviv District Court against CPA Nissim Zarfati, and others in an amount exceeding 450 million NIS, for tortious interference with the Barinboim Group agreement to purchase international electronic payment service provider Payabl Group, breach of contractual obligation, misrepresentation, and more.

The Barinboim Group is represented in this case by Adv. Ofer Furth, a founding partner at our firm, and Adv. Idan Yaloz from our litigation department.
