Our firm represented Somoto, a company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in a merger and exchange of shares transaction with the energy storage systems company – Nostromo, which also involved the splitting of Somoto’s operations.
As part of the merger, Somoto will invest approximately $ 10.3 million in Nostromo and will allocate approximately 74% of its share capital to Nostromo shareholders.
Somoto was represented in the transaction by advocates Udi Knaani, Itai Farkash, Orely Levy, Yaara Libay and Ohad Shor, from the firm’s M&A department and Adv. Elad Astro from the Labor Law department.
