FWMK’s Real Estate Department is guiding White City Buildings, among others, in a project based on an innovative preservation model in the historic workers’ dormitory complex on Mazeh Street in Tel Aviv.
This week, the district committee approved the plan for advancement exchanging additional building rights in the buildings being built on Yitzhak Sadeh Street. This is an innovative preservation model, which enables mobility of building rights that cannot be utilized in a building designated for preservation, in return for financing the preservation work.
