Fimi Opportunity Fund Acquires 50% of Maroom Dolphin

Our firm represented Marom Dolphin Ltd. and its shareholders in a transaction for the selling of 50% of the share capital of Marom Dolphin Ltd. to the private equity fund FIMI opportunity fund, at a company valuation of NIS 260M.

Marom operates in the field of tactical combat and carrying equipment, such as combat vests, tactical cameras, helmets, armor plates, and more, for use by IDF and defense forces in Israel and around the world.
