Another success for our firm’s Litigation Department! A securities class action against a dual public traded company was dismissed by the Tel Aviv District Court (Economic Department).
The court dismissed a motion to approve a securities class action lawsuit filed against our client, which is a dual public company listed on both the Tel-Aviv and Nasdaq stock exchanges.
The lawsuit alleged that our client and its directors and officers failed to fulfill their duty in reporting to investors regarding the issuance of securities on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Additionally, it was claimed that they had breached a specific obligation given to the investors on the Tel Aviv stock exchanges.
The District Court completely dismissed all claims made by the plaintiffs. Furthermore, the court has ordered the plaintiffs to bear the costs of the proceedings, reaffirming the strength of our client’s position.
Our client’s legal representation was handled by our team, Adv. Orr Noy, our firm’s Managing Partner, Adv. Liron Liberman, a partner in our Litigation Department, and Adv. Liad Zitnitski from our Litigation Department.
