Congratulations to our client Playtika, a pioneer in mobile games and a leader in interactive entertainment, on entering into a definitive agreement to acquire SuperPlay for $700 million, with an additional contingent consideration of up to $1.25 billion, subject to achieving certain financial targets.

We are extremely thankful to Playtika for choosing us to represent them in this transaction, and we wish the Playtika and SuperPlay teams great success in their joint future!
