In a joint project involving Vered and Nir Management Ltd., Lachmanovich-Tichman Investments Ltd., and Keren-Or Holdings Ltd..
The two buildings are located at 163 and 165 Ben Yehuda Street in Tel Aviv have been demolished as part of a Tama 38 project. In their place, two stunning new buildings designated for residential and commercial uses will be built.
