Court-appointed receiver Adv. Lior Dagan managed and sold Nutrits Ltd. to a leading investor group

dv. Lior Dagan, Head of Insolvency at FWMK, was appointed by the Tel Aviv District Court as the receiver for Nutrits Ltd., the owner of the international baby products brand Nanobébé.

Together with Adv. David Zanani, Adv. Dagan managed the company’s operations and employees across Israel, the U.S., and China for several months. During this time, they implemented extensive measures to streamline production, marketing, and sales processes. After conducting intensive negotiations with numerous international parties and navigating complex sale proceedings, the company was sold to a group of investors represented by Mr. Gil Lemel.

Nutrits Ltd. specializes in designing, producing, and selling innovative baby feeding products, with strong global distribution across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Target in the U.S., as well as markets in Europe and Asia.

In recent years, the company expanded its operations, investing millions in the development of an AI-powered baby monitor that uses computer vision to remotely monitor infants’ breathing patterns via camera.
