Our firm represented Itzik Oz, the founder and joint CEO of Agam Leaderim insurance agency, in Agam Leaderim’s merger with the Phoenix Group’s agencies division. As part of the transaction, Itzik Oz will become the active chairman of the agencies division of the Phoenix Group.
