Many years have passed since Zvika Netter and Tal Chalozin called us to let us know that they are working on a new company. We had worked together successfully in the past, but we knew this is the beginning of something special!
Since then, we’ve seen Innovid’s amazing growth in many ways. We’ve been proud to call Innovid a trusted client, to assist in its day to day operations, during its funding rounds, acquisitions and throughout many challenges, successes and achievements. We’ve also made many friends at the company throughout our journey together.
Innovid – HUGE congratulations! We are thrilled and happy (but not surprised!) to see you reach this superb achievement! Zvika Netter, Tal Chalozin, Zack Zigdon, Tanya Andreev-Kaspin, Michal Livny and Guy Kuperman – and of course the entire Innovid amazing team – you rock.
Also, a big congratulations to all the investors and in particular Gili Raanan (Sequoia Capital), Jonathan Saacks (Genesis), who supported the company and have displayed trust since the beginning and during the long journey.
Another shout out to the FWMK team who represented Innovid in this transaction, led by Erez Mizrachi, head of FWMK’s high-tech department, together with partners Doron Hadas and Nir Sadeh, associates Ohad Shor and Shauli Zaifrani, and intern Oren Pecio.
