Ofer Furth

Adv. Ofer Furth is one of the firm’s founding partners, and heads the firm’s Civil and Commercial Litigation Department.

Ofer has many years of experience managing complex commercial litigation of all kinds, including control and shareholder disputes.

With a unique talent at strategic planning, and deep expertise in representation, he is known for achieving the commercial objectives of his clients at all stages – whether that’s pre-legal proceedings, to avoid court appearances, or in response to the outcome of a hearing.

Ofer gained a substantial reputation in the management of derivative actions and discrimination claims, and is known as a relentless, uncompromising litigator who acts tirelessly for his clients.

In addition, Ofer’s clients, who include some of the largest commercial companies in the country and abroad, benefit from his vast experience and extensive knowledge in all areas of commercial law. This includes tenders, contracts and class actions in the fields of communication, finance and capital markets.

Ofer also serves as Chairman of the First Libra Fund for financing claims, the first and only fund of its kind in Israel.
