We are proud to represent our client, the White City and its partner, 7minds on behalf of Fattal, in purchasing a land and establishing a luxury 5-star deluxe desert resort with suites, private pools, spa facilities and gyms, extensive balconies, 3 main pools and chef restaurants.

To build the hotel, the Companies  purchased a land in Arad, overlooking the Yehuda Desert and the Dead Sea, at a cost of tens million shekel, on which the new hotel will be built.

In the purchase transaction, the White City and 7minds, were represented by attorneys Shlomi Heller and Dor Grinberg from our firm’s Real Estate department.
