Eli Shimon

Adv. Eli Shimon is a partner in the firm, engaged in litigation, class actions, arbitration and mediation.

With extensive experience in representing complex commercial litigation disputes, Eli represents leading local and foreign companies on an ongoing basis, and is also known for representing well-known companies in complex conflicts in the field of global media.

Specifically, Eli has extensive experience and expertise in complex contractual disputes, shareholder power struggles and corporate disputes. He has also made a reputation for himself in successful class action lawsuits, both in consumer and insurance claims, as well as on behalf of leading companies.

Cases managed by Eli have received both media attention and legal resonance over the years, including important legal precedents given by the Supreme Court, in the fields of commercial law, communications law and insurance law.

Also of note, Eli served as a member of the special committee on behalf of the Israel Bar Association, established by the chairman of the Bar Association, regarding the new Civil Procedure Regulations that came into force in 2021.
