Our firm represented White City Buildings in the purchase of a legendary building at 99 Dizengoff Street, where one of the most famous cult films in Israeli culture was filmed more than 40 years ago.
The building was sold by the heirs of the Matalon family, the property owners, to the White City Buildings company owned by Itzik Ben Shoham and the Isrotel chain.
According to the agreement, White City Buildings will lead the development and construction of a hotel in the purchased building, while the Isrotel chain will operate the hotel.
